Ring in the new year by learning about the joys of bird watching! This hike is aimed at beginner birders and we will discuss introductory topics like bird identification, helpful technology, and bird journaling while searching for winter resident species. We will have s’mores at the Indian Springs shelter house at the end of our walk. Please bring binoculars and dress for the weather! This is a free guided hike. Please plan on 2-3 miles of mixed terrain - paved, grass, some incline/decline.
